- Where do you deliver?
- Launch delivery is Nanaimo only until final zones are confirmed. See Delivery / Pickup for windows and cutoffs.
- Where can I pick up?
- Pickup is in Nanaimo. The exact pickup location and time windows are pending and will be published before checkout opens.
- How long do mushrooms last?
- It varies by species, harvest date, and storage. Each product page states the expected range once confirmed. See Fresh Product Care.
- How should I store them?
- Refrigerate in a breathable paper bag rather than a sealed plastic bag, unless the packaging says otherwise.
- Do you sell wholesale?
- Yes — wholesale starts as an inquiry/application. See the Wholesale page to apply.
- Where can I find you at markets?
- Market attendance is published on Find Us once the schedule and our attendance are confirmed.
- Can I buy merchandise only?
- Yes. Merchandise can be picked up, or shipped for merch-only carts.
- Are you organic?
- We will share certification status once it is confirmed. We do not make organic or sustainability claims without evidence.
